At FESPA Munich fair May 14th to 17th 2019, SPC will demonstrate digital printing packaged solutions for the sublimation transfer printing market with innovative advanced steps to increase production safety and to simplify operator job by using fully digital camera & remote-control system to operate and visualize printing in real time and at distance.

 

At SPC’s booth Hall B6 – B40, visitors will enjoy life demonstration of 2 digital production printing lines:

• Packaged solution for transfer paper printing for 3.20 meters applications based on our Panthera S4 3.20 m digital printing machine equipped with 4 Kyocera inkjet printing heads. Optimum printing speed at 350 sqm/h will be realized.

• Packaged solution for transfer paper printing for 1.80 meters applications based on our Panthera S4 1.80 m digital printing machine equipped with 4 Kyocera inkjet printing heads. Demonstrations will be performed at over 240 sqm/h printing speed.

 

The two Panthera S4 machines will be running with our premium sublimation Sublim Zero C+ inks and selected transfer paper. Both machines will be equipped with our newly developed Intelligent Camera System (ICS) to supervise and control printing by using a distant remote-control e.g. computer, tablet or mobile phone. Targets are:

• Increase quality & productivity

• Improve security and flexibility
